About Foundation for Global Surgical Care

The Foundation primarily pursues its purpose through:
The specific promotion of research and training projects and their documentation;
the organization, realization and support of further education and training courses, of specialist congresses, symposia and specialist discussion groups;
the support of specialist publications;
the payment of education grants;
the organization and support of the international exchange of specialists for research and other training purposes.
The Foundation has no profit-making purpose and does not seek to generate any profit. The Foundation's activities are based on the principle of non-profit making and political and religious independence. The Foundation may also acquire, manage and sell real estate as well as promote, support and carry out all activities to realize the purpose of the Foundation.
